Phone broken and insured with Hema?

At Hema, damage to your phone, tablet or laptop can be compensated through your contents insurance. As of February 26, 2024, Hema damage insurance policies will be handled by InShared. Your policy and coverage will continue to apply, you will settle your damage from now on through InShared.

The home contents insurance you take out through Hema is usually all-risk, so damage caused by an accident such as dropping or bumping is also covered.
