With Univé, damage to your phone, tablet or laptop can be compensated through your home contents insurance. ThePhoneLab is an authorized repair partner of Univé and will help you from A to Z: from quotation to repair.

Damage caused by your own actions or outdoors is covered by the Univé Mobile Electronics supplementary module. With this module you are covered throughout the Netherlands, with no standard deductible.

When does Univé reimburse damage to your device?

Univé assesses each claim based on your policy conditions. These are the most common situations with Univé contents insurance with Mobile Electronics.

Typically reimbursed

Broken screen due to a fall
Accidental water damage
Damage due to your own clumsiness (with Mobile Electronics)
Exterior damage and theft (with module).
Theft from your home (in case of burglary)

Usually not reimbursed

Wear and tear or aging (such as a declining battery)
Claims that existed prior to the policy
Intentionally caused damage
Loss or loss (unless specifically co-insured)
Software problems or factory errors
