Phone broken and insured with Ditzo?

With Ditzo, damage to your phone, tablet or laptop goes through your contents insurance. Mobile electronics are not covered as standard with Ditzo: you need the extension for mobile electronics or All Risk coverage.

With the mobile electronics extension you are insured against damage caused by falling, bumping and moisture. Without this module, Ditzo only compensates damage due to, for example, fire, theft after burglary or an identifiable external event.

When does Ditzo reimburse damage to your device?

Ditzo assesses each claim based on your policy conditions. These are the most common situations with contents insurance, possibly extended with mobile electronics or All Risk.
