It depends on where and how the damage occurred. Damage at home falls under the Contents insurance. For fall damage at home you need Inboedel All Risk. For damage, loss or theft outside the home (in the Netherlands) you need the BuitenDeDeur insurance. When traveling abroad you can fall back on the luggage coverage of your Continuous Travel Insurance.
