Afterwards, we’ll contact you and you’ll receive a clear explanation of the problem, including a clear quote for any repairs.
You are then never obliged to have the repair carried out. If you decide not to agree, for example because the costs turn out to be higher than hoped for, then you only pay the examination costs. Do you choose to have the repair carried out? Then the examination costs will be deducted in full from the repair price.
That way, you know exactly where you stand in advance and never encounter any surprises.
