From research to repair
Have no idea what’s wrong with your Toshiba laptop, but can’t get it to work? Or are you experiencing other problems whose cause is unclear? We always start with a comprehensive examination to carefully identify the problem. We charge a research fee for this diagnosis. Afterwards, we’ll contact you and you’ll receive a clear explanation of the problem, including a clear quote for any repairs.
You are then never obliged to have the repair carried out. If you decide not to agree, for example because the costs turn out to be higher than hoped for, then you only pay the examination costs. Do you choose to have the repair carried out? Then the examination costs will be deducted in full from the repair price.
That way, you know exactly where you stand in advance and never encounter any surprises.
- 1During the Toshiba diagnosis, our specialists first run through the software by performing a hard reset. If the Toshiba boots up, then the software problem is ruled out.
- 2Should your Toshiba no longer work, we will open it. Each part is carefully gone through to find out the problem.
