Reset your Samsung

To fix this, you can give the device a reset, this will reboot the operating system. To perform this reset, simultaneously press and hold the power button and the volume down button. The device will then first shut down completely and then vibrate briefly. You can then release the buttons. If the problem was in the operating system, it should now be fixed.

Check for physical damage

It could also be that your phone has taken a hit and suffered internal damage as a result. Just a small fall can cause your Samsung to land unhappily, causing a small tear.
