ThePhoneLab makes it with a lifetime warranty. We are sure of our business: our trained specialists work with high quality and original parts. Therefore, we always offer a lifetime warranty on the operation of the replaced part. Please read the terms and conditions for lifetime warranty below.

With a lifetime warranty - that's how ThePhoneLab makes repairs. First of all, it's good to know that you don't keep your phone's manufacturer's warranty with all repairs. Because ThePhoneLab repair partner for OnePlus and OPPO is and Independent Repair Provider for Apple, we can perform all OnePlus, OPPO and certified Apple repairs while maintaining factory warranty. At ThePhoneLab, we also use genuine parts and offer a lifetime warranty on the replaced parts of your Samsung device. However, keep in mind that Samsung's manufacturer warranty may expire after a repair with us. Do you have a different device and is it still under factory warranty? Then unfortunately we cannot repair it while maintaining the factory warranty as with Samsung devices. You are, of course, welcome!

ThePhoneLab provides a warranty on all repaired parts. On labor performed, such as a water damage cleaning, we cannot offer a warranty. This is because water damage is unpredictable and we can never tell in advance whether we will get the device working again after a cleaning. We also cannot offer a lifetime warranty on a soldering, such as a Face ID repair or a motherboard repair, a refurbished device, swaps and a battery.

ThePhoneLab makes it with a lifetime warranty. This applies to all repaired parts except the battery. It is good to know that a battery naturally becomes less efficient over time. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer a lifetime warranty on this, only 12 months. Is the maximum battery capacity below 80% within 12 months? Then this is covered by our warranty policy.

In addition, ThePhoneLab offers a 12-month warranty on the purchase of accessories. This excludes user damage. Finally, on our Clearplex Screen Protector, we offer a 2-week adhesive warranty. This means that we stick the screen protector on your device. If it appears within two weeks that we did not stick it properly, we ask you to come back to our store with the original screen protector. Here we will place a new Clearplex screen protector on your device free of charge.

What is covered under my warranty?
If a problem arises with the repaired part or is attributable to the replaced part, it is covered by ThePhoneLab's lifetime warranty. This also applies to laptops: if a problem arises with the repaired part or is attributable to the replaced part, it is covered by ThePhoneLab's lifetime warranty. Also, the warranty is linked to the IMEI number of your device and to your name in our system, so we can always check the coverage. It is good to know that the warranty is not extended the moment the owner of the device changes. The lifetime warranty is personalized.

What is not covered under my warranty?
Problems not attributable to the replaced part, such as fall, impact, pressure, water or visible user damage. There is also no lifetime warranty on refurbished devices, batteries, soldering and accessories.

What should I do if I experience problems with my replaced part?
We would like to ask you to stop by one of our stores. Here a specialist will investigate the cause of the problem free of charge. If it appears that there is indeed a problem with the previously repaired part, we will replace it for you free of charge.

*The screens on most phones are OLED, which means that pixels independently provide the image. With prolonged exposure to static image elements, these pixels can deteriorate in quality, causing shadows from those static elements to appear in the image. These shadows are caused by the uneven degradation of the pixels that make up the screen. This happens when a particular set of pixels degrades at a different rate than the pixels around it. This problem is excluded from the lifetime warranty.
