We perform a diagnosis, diagnose the problem and provide a quote. We will contact you about this. After agreement, we get to work on the repair. Because we are authorized repair partner of OnePlus, we perform all repairs ourselves. So we don’t need to send your device. For most repairs, you’ll be back outside with a perfectly functioning phone in no time. It will only be repaired with genuine parts and according to OnePlus guidelines.

You will receive a standard two-year manufacturer’s warranty if you purchased your device within the EU. Outside the EU (for example, in Asia or the United States), a standard warranty period of one year applies. Our specialists can also do a warranty check for you.
