Quirijn started doing computer repairs back in 2002 and is a biggie in the online repair community. His specialty is in complex repairs, such as Microsoft Surface devices, which even experienced repairmen would rather not get into.

This Lab-rador puppy can regularly be found in our store in Breda, together with his owner Nick. He doesn’t fix phones, tablets or laptops, but he does make sure your mood is like new again. Specializing in paw-support, snack security and solving stress 🐾

Nick is shop manager of ThePhoneLab in Breda and has more than 16 years of repair experience, specializing in Apple and iPads. After starting in 2020 and a brief jaunt, he returned to run the store in Breda, this time within cycling distance of home.

After 10 years at Mediamarkt, Robert made a transfer to ThePhoneLab The Hague. And we are only too happy about it! Day in and day out, with his obsession for perfect customer service, he is ready behind the counter on the Denneweg to make your device new again for life!

Area manager Koen combines years of repair experience with managing the stores in The Hague and training new specialists. He is known for his transparent working methods and cozy beers after work hours.

Gilano has been repairing devices since he was 16 and is an Apple specialist at ThePhoneLab. With his analytical approach and precision, he solves the most complex iPhone, iPad and MacBook repairs. But he also has a knack for other brands.

Labby is ThePhoneLab’s digital assistant. He knows the entire website by heart and is available 24/7 to answer questions in any language or direct you to a specialist.

Bart started repairing because he dropped his own phone too often. He is now a shop manager in Groningen and has been solving technical puzzles since 2008.

Mart began as an intern at ThePhoneLab and grew to become a permanent member of the marketing team. With practical knowledge and curiosity, he translates technology into clear and reliable stories.

Riny is a shop manager in Maastricht and has been repairing iPhone and Samsung devices with transparency and precision since 2010. In the gym, he builds himself as fanatically as he does devices.

Mick is at the helm of ThePhoneLab Rotterdam. With his Rotterdam chat, good cheer and years of experience, he helps customers and devices get back on track.

From student room to national chain. Boris Blijham is founder of ThePhoneLab and the driving force behind the transparent and reliable repairs many are now accustomed to. And he can still be found in the stores every day.

Tim has worked at ThePhoneLab since October 2023 and has been repairing since 2014. As South Netherlands regional manager, he combines his experience with clear communication and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Bram has been with ThePhoneLab since 2021 and has over a decade of experience as a repair specialist, with a strong focus on MacBook and iPad repairs and a positive, customer-focused approach.

Job has been working at ThePhoneLab since 2018, combining a technical study with years of experience as a repair specialist. Nowadays, he is mainly concerned with the website and he takes that practical experience into everything.
