Start by pressing the Shift, Command and G keys on your keyboard. This opens a new window that gives you access to hidden folders.

2. Enter: ~/Library/caches
Then, in the dialog box, type `~/Library/caches` and press “GO. This navigates to the caches folder of your user library.

3. Select all files
Once in the caches folder, select all the files you want to delete. These are temporary files that may slow down your Macbook.

4. Move to the Trash
Drag the selected files to the recycle garbage can. Don’t worry, these files are just temporary data and their deletion will not affect the core functionality of your Macbook.

5. Go to the Trash
