Terms and conditions 30-minute service promise

The 30-minute service promise applies to the most common repairs. We can only keep the 30-minute service promise if you come by appointment and are on time for this appointment. Thanks to our expertise and efficient working methods, we are able, for example, as an independent Samsung repairer, to carry out every Samsung repair within this time.
